If you would like to walk a section of the trail, please click on the link below to view the itinerary. Dave would be very pleased for you to accompany him even if you feel that you cannot complete an entire day’s walk – when you’ve had enough just stop, and get a lift, bus, bike or train home. Once you’ve decided which section of the trail you would like to walk, download the sponsor form and fill it up with the names of friends, family and colleagues who can donate to either good cause via Dave’s charity pages at www.justgiving.com/David-Eckett . Alternatively cheques can be made out to Children’s Hospice Sout West and Help for Heroes and passed on to Dave who will forward them to the charities.
